How to Cancel Your NewStart Subscription

At NewStart Discipleship, I want to make things simple and transparent—both in your discipleship process and in how we handle your subscription. If you're considering canceling, here's everything you need to know.

Watch this first, then the details below:

📅 Canceling Your Annual Subscription

If you're on an annual plan:

• You may cancel at any time by emailing me at darrell@newstartdiscipleship.com.

• If it’s within 30 days of your first purchase, you’re eligible for a full refund.

• If you're canceling after the first 30 days, your subscription will remain active until your current year ends, and you won’t be charged again.

• Please make sure to cancel before your renewal date—refunds are not available after an annual renewal has already been processed.

📆 Canceling Your Monthly Subscription

If you’re on a monthly plan:

• You can cancel at any time by contacting me at darrell@newstartdiscipleship.com.

• After cancellation, your subscription will not auto-renew at the end of your current billing period.

• Please note: I cannot offer refunds for any months that have already been paid for, even if you didn’t use the tools that month.
